Paul Hoyle is President and Managing Partner of H. Parker Hospitality, LLC. Prior to starting H. Parker Hospitality with Eli and Ashley Parker in 2014, Paul operated portfolios of boutique hotels and restaurants in California, Washington, and Oregon for Passport Resorts and Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants including luxury hotels such as Post Ranch Inn (Big Sur CA), Cavallo Point (Sausalito CA), RiverPlace Hotel (Portland OR) and the Simpson House Inn (Santa Barbara, CA), along with many others. Paul has also performed market research and due diligence on more than 40 hotel and resort projects over the past 8 years where he carefully evaluates the hotel operation, market, and the potential financial viability of each project. Investors rely heavily on his recommendations.

A graduate of the University on Maryland, Paul brings 22 years of successful and progressive hotel management experience to his position. Paul has earned numerous awards in his career, including twice-named “General Manager of the Year, Hotel of the Year, and Business Development Executive of the Year”.

Currently, H. Parker Hospitality manages the Simpson House Inn (Santa Barbara, CA), Fess Parker Wine Country Inn (Los Olivos, CA), and the Pantai Inn (La Jolla, CA). In addition, HPH advises on the Inn of the Five Graces (Santa Fe, NM), Farmhouse Inn (Sonoma County, CA) and is leading the development process on new hotels in Santa Barbara (East Beach), Avila Beach, CA and San Luis Obispo, CA.
